Our advanced hybrid dehydration technology combines solar and controlled electric tray drying systems to preserve nutrients, flavour, and natural colour. This energy-efficient approach reduces post-harvest losses while ensuring premium-quality dehydrated vegetables, herbal powders, and millet ingredients.
We work closely with farmers, SHGs, and FPOs to create a sustainable farm-to-table ecosystem. By enabling localised processing and value addition, we enhance farmer income by 3X–5X compared to raw produce sales while significantly reducing food waste.
In addition to dehydration, we focus on developing millet-based functional foods, protein-fortified flours, freeze-dried fruits, and nutraceutical raw materials for Ayurveda brands, health food manufacturers, and export markets.
